  • You are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours if you have not used our services after making a payment.
  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team within the refund period with proof of payment.

2. Service Validity & Renewal

  • All payments made for our services are valid for 14 days from the date of payment.
  • After 14 days, if you wish to continue using our services, you must renew your payment.
  • Unused services do not roll over after the 14-day validity period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • If the service has already been used.
  • If the refund request is made after 72 hours of payment.
  • If the service was delivered as per the agreed terms.
